MENTORING FOR MEDIATORS
Mediation can be a lonely place for mediators. Dealing with the deep and intense emotions that come up for parties in conflict is demanding and draining. This coupled with the need to remain impartial and keep everything confidential means that mediators can really benefit from having a supervisor to discuss how they manage their own emotions and to learn from their practice. A regular place to discuss the contents, themes and effects of mediation.
