An Introduction to Mediation (1 Day)

This workshop is for managers, leaders and HR professionals who would like to learn how to deal with conflict at work.  Through a combination of demonstrations, discussions, role-play and exercises it provides a solid grounding of how the mediation process works.


Practical Mediation Skills (2 Day)

This course provides an excellent understanding of all aspects of mediation and dispute resolution. Participants will learn the skills that they need to resolve conflict effectively, speedily and constructively.  It combines practical case studies, group activities and role-play.


Accredited Workplace Mediation Training (6 Day)

This intense six-day training provides participants with the qualification they need to practise as a Workplace Mediator. It is designed to give participants the capability and confidence to understand, manage and lead mediation processes in the workplace. The course is fully accredited by the NOCN (National Open College Network). Participants will learn about the nature of conflict and mediation, the practical skills and mindset needed to be a mediator, and methods to continue their professional development. The external assessment involves a role-play, reflective logs and written work.


Facilitated Conversations (1 Day)

This one-day course is specially designed to enable managers, leaders and HR professionals to facilitate difficult conversations in the workplace.  These may be directly linked to conflict but could also be around change and re-structuring issues. The course is a blend of theory and practice and participants will gain the skills to facilitate conversations, which maintain a good working environment.
